テレビでも紹介されたことのある、藤ヶ丘の『スーパーヤマト』の話です。
友人の両親が年金暮らしということもあり、近場で安価な商品を求めて買い物をしているよぉです。
年金暮らしであるなら当然、出金は減らしたいものですね。
しかし、このお店、値引き品に関しては簡単ではありません。
お店の看板には大きく、
「物価 2割 下げます！」
と、うたっています。
近 隣 店 舗⇒127円(税抜き)
スーパーヤマト⇒168円(税抜き)
「あれっ、他店より “価格 2割 上げてます！”」
キャッチフレーズ、間違っていますね。
商品も他店に比べて決して安いわけではありません。
賞味期限間近の商品に気を付けなければいけません。
＜例＞小杉食品 納豆
［定 価］68円 ［半額］34円 であれば問題ありません。
［定価変更］98円 ［半額］49円 で価格設定を上げています。
少し変則気味ですが、『二重価格』という手法で違法となります。
この手法、百貨店をお得意先にもつ先輩から聞いたことがあります。
30年ほど前、［本来］5000円も商品を，［二重価格］10000円の消しにして販売していた時代がありました。
この手法を今時まだ使うお店があるとは信じられません。
お店側は、
「安い商品なのだから、少しでも利益を取りたかった」
と、考えるでしょうが、違法には変わりありません。
メーカーの『過剰在庫』として仕入れていたと仮定したら、20円程度で仕入れをしていると思います。
友人は2～3ヶ月前に『消費者庁』に通報しての今回です。
小さいことかもしれませんが、年金暮らしのお年寄りにしたら、近場で安い商品を購入したいと思うのは当然だと思います。

Catchphrase, you're wrong.
Products are not cheaper than other stores.
You have to be careful with products that are close to their expiration date.

[Regular price] 68 yen [half price] 34 yen is fine.
[Price change] 98 yen [half price] 49 yen price setting has been increased.
It's a bit irregular, but it's illegal with a method called "double pricing".
I have heard about this method from a senior who has a department store as a customer.
About 30 years ago, there was a time when [originally] 5,000 yen products were sold at [double price] 10,000 yen.
I can't believe there are shops that still use this technique.

"Since it's a cheap product, I wanted to make a little profit."
You may think, but it is still illegal.
Assuming that it was purchased as "excess inventory" from the manufacturer, I think that it is purchased for about 20 yen.
My friend reported this to the Consumer Affairs Agency two to three months ago.
It may be a small thing, but I think it's natural for elderly people living on pensions to want to buy cheap products in their neighborhood.
