先日、国会では、
『防衛財源法』
『LGBT法』
が、成立しましたね。
＜防衛費増額に関する財源＞
5年で43兆円という莫大な数字に対して、財源確保が不透明なまま法案が成立しました。
増税という言葉をハッキリ言わずに、税収以外の上積みを目指すなんてはぐらかしもいいとこです。
＜LGBT法＞
そもそも、『ジェンダーアイデンティティ』と言われて何のことやらと思ってしまいます。
『性自認』で問題なかったのではないでしょうか？
当事者たちが、納得した法案と思えません。
ただ、今国会では『ジャニー喜多川問題』における、被害者に寄り添った法案も成立したことは大変良かったと思います。
『強制性交罪』⇒『不同意性交罪』と、名称変更しました。
『成功同意年齢』も、13歳から16歳に引き上げられました。
カウンオカモト氏とBBC放送のおかげで沢山の被害者が少しは救われましたね。
しかし、『旧文書交通費』に関しては全く進行しませんでした。
相変わらず自民党はこの問題を避けたいようです。
自民党に『身を切る改革』は、絶対にできないし、する気もない。
何で、35％の国民は自民党を支持するのか理解に苦しみます。

Wasn't there a problem with "gender identity"?
I don't think the parties are satisfied with the bill.
However, I think it was very good that the current Diet session also enacted a bill that was close to the victims of the "Johnny Kitagawa problem."
The name was changed from "forced sexual intercourse" to "non-consensual sexual intercourse".
The age of consent for success has also been raised from 13 to 16.
Thanks to Mr. Kaun Okamoto and the BBC broadcast, many victims have been saved a little.
However, it did not progress at all regarding the "old document transportation expenses".
As usual, the LDP seems to want to avoid this issue.
The Liberal Democratic Party can never do "cutting reform", and I have no intention of doing it.
I don't understand why 35% of the people support the LDP.
