毎年、来るこの日に、毎年、『戦争映画』や『戦争ドラマ』が減少し、ここ数年はNHKでしか『戦争ドラマ』は放送しなくなりました。
日本は原子力爆弾を落とされ、世界に類を見ない被爆国であるにも関わらず、日本の若年層は戦争に興味がなさそうです。
都合のいい情報だけリサーチして、未来に残しておかなくてはいけない情報が段々と若年層から遠ざかっていく。
私の祖父は『戦死』しています。
だから、私にとっては『戦争』は遠いものではないのです。
『台湾有事』と言う言葉を若年層に問いかけても、わかっていないようだ。
軍事費：43兆円も南西諸島への自衛隊配備も当然知らない。
何故、こうなったのか？
元経産官僚の古賀茂明氏は2015年頃の第二次安倍政権時、メディアが政権に忖度し、事実を伝えたい反骨精神のあるキャスター達が降板させられたのが分岐点となった。
『集団的自衛権』の行使容認も、『敵地攻撃能力』の保有と予算決定の議論も、本来テレビでしつこく放送されなくてはいけないのに、されてこなかった。
すぐそこに、危険があることを忘れてはいけない。
今年の『終戦記念日』も、平和であったことに感謝したいと思います。
