雇用者でも『退職金』がもらえる人は社会全体としてみますと・・・
・正規雇用者： 退職金制度あり⇒4割
・正規雇用者： 退職金制度なし⇒2割
・非正規雇用者：退職金制度なし⇒4割
約6割の雇用者には『退職金制度』はありません。
社会全体で見た場合、『増税』して平等にした方がいいのではないかという考え方もありますかね？
しかし、その前に国会議員の無駄な経費削減を実行してからというのが前提条件となります。

・立法事務費⇒月/65万円
・賞与⇒年間/約635万円
・無料クーポン⇒ＪＲ、航空券
こんなに沢山の『無駄』が手つかずの状態です。
議論する気も無ければ、削減なんて問題外と国会議員の皆さんは考えているのでしょう。
衆議員の『10増10減』でも、『10減』だけで問題なかった。
もっと言わせていただければ、『参議院廃止』です。

地方に目を移せば、香川県議は海外視察として、10日間：1人/263万円の豪遊を決めました。
一泊：6万6000円の高級ホテルに宿泊とのことです。
本当に視察なのかと疑ってしまいます。
議員は自らが稼いでないから好き勝手にお金を使います。
議員という『特権』を悪用しているとしか思えません。
いっそ、国会議員も地方議員も制度自体廃止して、公務員だけで運営する。
総理大臣や地方の首長は選挙で国民(地方)投票する。
国の各大臣程度なら官僚で十分こなす能力があります。
公務員だけで運営する際、監視制度が必要なので、権限のある『第三者委員会』設置したら国全体の大幅な経費削減が実行できると考えます。
