韓国のDJ SODA氏が大阪府泉南市 で行われた音楽フェスティバル『MUSIC CIRCUS’23』で『性的暴行』被害にあったとして法的措置をとるようですね。
私、なんかスッキリしないんです。
嫌がっている人に対して、ボディタッチしたのなら、間違いなく『性的暴行』です。
しかし、彼女は音楽で興奮している観客のところまで下りて行って、ファンに触られました。
普通、用心しませんか？
人間、興奮状態のときに我を忘れているのに、あえて危険そうな場所に近寄るなんてことしませんよ。
彼女の服装が問題だとは、私は全く思いませんが、用心を何故しなかったことは反省すべきではないでしょうか？
ボディタッチしたことを肯定しているわけではありません。
彼女自らができることを怠ったことは反省すべきだと思います。
興奮したファンに近寄るのが、『ファンサービス』というのであれば、ご自身の身の安全は考えなかったのでしょうか？
それで、『痴漢大国』『日本の恥』と、なってしまうことに違和感を感じてしまいます。
