ジャニーズ事務所による2回目の記者会見が、私には『2時間ドラマ』を見ているように感じました。
各メディアが今回の会見においての注目点として、散々、放送していましたので対策は十分に練ってきたのでしょう。
＜ポイント＞
①社名変更
②所属タレント及び社員の将来について
③ジュリー氏が１００％保有する株式の取り扱い
④被害補償の具体的方策と再発防止策
上記4つについては、説明責任は果たされたと思います。
ただ、被害者の方への具体策が私にはまだ納得感は得られませんでした。
東山紀之社長の『セクハラ問題』の質問には、はっきりと『否定』していましたが、私には動揺が見受けられました。
しかし、東山紀之社長も井ノ原快彦副社長も役者の仕事をこなすだけあって、相当、練習をされてきたのでしょう。
どこか心を感じないというか、ストーリーが出い過ぎていて、人間ぽさを感じることができませんでした。
＜気になる点＞
①加害者側にいた2名が新会社のトップにいて、新体制を作ることができるのか？
②白波瀬傑元副社長が、表に全然でてこないこと
③藤島ジュリー景子元社長が、パニック障害とはいえ、記者会見で自らの言葉で語らなかったこと
この会見に、『NGリスト』としての6名いたことで、この新会社も『船出に失敗』したと思います。
誠意と謝意を示す会見で時間を2時間と区切ったことも、私はスッキリしません。
何より、苦手な質問は受け付けたくなかったのでしょう。
東山紀之新社長も、最後の記者に
「最後に何か言い残したことはありますか？」
と、質問されたら、
「ソ～セ～ジ」
と、ソーセージ師匠として、やりたかったんじゃないでしょうか？

The second press conference by Johnny & Associates felt like watching a ``2-hour drama'' to me.
Various media outlets were broadcasting various points of interest during this press conference, so it must have been well-prepared.

I believe that accountability for the four points above has been fulfilled.
However, I was still not satisfied with the specific measures taken for victims.
When President Noriyuki Higashiyama was asked about the sexual harassment issue, he clearly denied it, but I could see that he was upset.
However, President Noriyuki Higashiyama and Vice President Yoshihiko Inohara are both actors, so they must have been practicing a lot.
I didn't feel any emotion, or rather, the story was so overdone that I couldn't feel the humanity in it.
<Points of concern>
① Will it be possible to create a new system with the two people who were on the perpetrator's side at the top of the new company?
② Former Vice President Suguru Shiranase does not appear publicly at all.
③ Former president Julie Keiko Fujishima did not speak in her own words at her press conference, even though she had panic disorder.
The fact that there were 6 people on the ``NG list'' yesterday made me think that this new company had ``failed to launch.''
The meeting was divided into two hours to express sincerity and gratitude.
Above all, they probably didn't want to accept questions that they weren't comfortable with.
