私は江南市の『資源ゴミ立ち当番廃止』を主張してきました。
しかし、中々進展していないのが現実です。
そこで、江南市が目指すべきは『上勝町』ではないかと思いました。
『ゴミ分別』は、大まかに13種類で、細かく45分別にしています。
上勝町に『ゴミ収集車』はありません。
ゴミは全て、町内唯一の『ゴミステーション』に自分達で持ち込まなくてはいけません。
『ゴミステーション』は、年中無休(年末年始以外)です。
自分でゴミを持ち込めない方へは『運搬支援』があり、奇数月に『無料』にて回収に来てくれます。
ただし、『粗大ゴミ』は『有料』です。

江南市の人口：98711人で、上勝町と全く同じシステムとはいきませんが、目指すべきと考えます。
『可燃ゴミ』は現在の通り収集車での回収。
個人的には、ゴミステーションでもいいと思います。
＜資源ゴミステーション＞
①市内に20個所程度つくる
②分別は現在の仕分け通り
③持ち込めない方への対策として、
a.職員が出向き回収
b.ボランティアとして、ご近所さんが回収
ボランティア手当として市内専用の買物チケット進呈
これだけではまだ不十分ですが、市民の『負担軽減』になり、市民も協力しやすくなると思います。
初期投資だけで、出費も抑えることができると思いませんか？
江南市が目指すべきは、
『捨てればゴミ、生かせば資源』
『環境問題』に積極的に取り組む、住みやすい街とするべきです。

All trash must be brought to the only "garbage station" in the town.
The Garbage Station is open all year round (excluding New Year's holidays).
For those who are unable to bring in their own garbage, we offer ``transportation assistance,'' which will come and collect it ``free of charge'' during odd-numbered months.
However, ``oversized garbage'' is ``charged''.

The population of Konan City is 98,711 people, and although it is not exactly the same system as Kamikatsu Town, I think it is something we should aim for.
``Combustible garbage'' is currently collected by collection vehicles.
Personally, I think a garbage station would be fine.

What Konan City should aim for is
"If you throw it away, it's garbage; if you keep it alive, it's a resource."
It should be a livable city that proactively addresses environmental issues.
