やっと活動しやすい時期になり助かっています。
私は冬の時期が大の苦手です。
毎年、手荒れが酷くて、この冬はしもやけとあかぎれが全然、完治せずに大変でした。
さて、昨年の11月に長尾市議が行政に質問していただいた、『資源ゴミ 立ち当番廃止』についての回答の『検討』から早4カ月経過しました。
民間企業であれば、回答はとーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーくに出ています。
回答する気があるのでしょうか？
営業トークとして「検討させていただきます」と逃げたいときには使用しますが、行政がこれをやったらおしまいでしょう。
元々は資源ゴミを出す際の立ち当番はなく、市民の分別の悪さから始まった制度なので、一概にこの制度の悪さを非難しずらいのです。
市民の皆さんが普通のことをやりさえすれば、立ち当番なんて無かった。
要は、市民レベルの低さから江南市としても、回収業者負担軽減を考えての対策だと理解はしています。
しかし、財源を使わずに市民にボランティアをお願いするのであれば同意は必要です。
財源の問題として、行政にとって無駄遣いと思っていないものが、一般市民には無駄遣いと感じるものを削減したら、財源を生み出すことはできます。
行政はやりたくないでようね。
私の周りでも『立ち当番に我慢できない』として、市街へ転居した方がこの2～3年で10人程度います。
私も立ち当番は絶対にやりたくない。
私も長年住み続けた江南市を出たいと考えています。
行政に市民の声は届かないのでしょうか？

私にとって、『住みやすい街 江南市』 ではなくなりつつあります。

However, consent is necessary if we ask citizens to volunteer without using financial resources.
As for the issue of financial resources, we can create financial resources by reducing what the government does not consider to be wasteful, but which the general public perceives as wasteful.
I don't want to do administration.
About 10 people around me have moved to the city in the last 2-3 years because they can't stand being on duty.
I definitely don't want to be on duty either.
I also want to leave Konan City where I have lived for many years.
Is the voice of citizens not reaching the administration?
