江南広報を見て、共産党：三輪市議と尾関市議が『資源ゴミ立ち当番』において、市民の負担軽減を江南市に求めてくれていますが一向に進展する気配がありません。
約1年前、東猴市議の市政状況チラシにより、
「ゴミ収集方式の見直しによる、ゴミ出し負担の軽減」
を、沢田市長がマニフェストで示したと記載されていました。
廃止に兆しが見えたと思っていましたが、1年経った今も進展していません。
行政は仕事が遅すぎるのか、最初からややる気がなかったのか？
結局は、市民は蚊帳の外ということでしょうか？
先の江南市長選挙の結果、
・沢田和延氏 ⇒ 20,656票(当選)
・宮田達男氏 ⇒ 16,331票
でした。
惜しくも約4000票差で宮田氏は負けてしまいましたが、16331人の市民が宮田氏を支持しました。
この選挙、基本政策に殆ど差がなく、『資源ゴミ立ち当番 廃止』という点の違いでした。
問題なのは、宮田氏を支持してきた片山市議、長尾市議、堀市議が『資源ゴミ立ち当番』における市民負担軽減について、4ヶ月経った今も発言していないことです。
この44％(16631人)の市民が、
「『資源ゴミ立ち当番』、立つのやめた！」
と、行動を起こしたらどうなるでしょう。
ここで、やっと行政は『市民の声を聞く』ようになるんじゃないでしょうか？
市民の声の届かない行政に対しては、そろそろ江南市民が行動を起こす時期にきたような気がします。
まっ、ここで私一人が吠えても何も変わらないか・・・情けないなぁ。

Looking at Konan PR, the Communist Party: Mr. Miwa and Mr. Ozeki are asking Konan City to reduce the burden on citizens in the "resource garbage standing duty", but there is no sign of progress.
About a year ago, according to the Donghou City Council's city administration leaflet,
"Reducing the burden of taking out garbage by reviewing the garbage collection method"
was stated in the manifesto by Mayor Sawada.
I thought I saw signs of deprecation, but it's been a year and still no progress.
Is the administration too slow to work, or was it unmotivated from the beginning?
After all, is it that citizens are outside the mosquito net?
Then, as a result of the previous Konan mayoral election,
・ Mr. Kazunobu Sawada ⇒ 20,656 votes (winning)
・ Mr. Tatsuo Miyata ⇒ 16,331 votes
was.
Unfortunately, Mr. Miyata lost by about 4,000 votes, but 16,331 citizens supported Mr. Miyata.
In this election, there was almost no difference in the basic policy, and the difference was in the point of "abolition of resource garbage standing duty".
The problem is that the city councilors Katayama, Nagao, and Hori, who have supported Mr. Miyata, still haven't said anything about reducing the burden on citizens through the "Recyclable Garbage Standing Duty," four months later.
This 44% (16631 people) citizens
"'Recyclable waste standing duty', stop standing!"
And what will happen if we take action?
Isn't it finally possible for the administration to "listen to the voices of the citizens" here?
I feel that the time has come for the citizens of Konan to take action against the administration, whose voices do not reach the voices of the citizens.
