UR都市機構の本格的な『外壁工事』が実施されて4ヶ月経過しました。
友人宅は順番がまだ回ってきていませんが、工事の済んだ棟を見てみると綺麗になっています。
しかし、友人は言います。
「俺んち、『システムキッチン』じゃないんだよなぁ。この時期が本当に水が冷たくて困る」
友人は越してきたときは、まだ普通のキッチンスタイルだったようですが、今の時代、どこも『システムキッチン』が常識化されているはずです。
冬に真水では手がかじかんでかないません。
中年と言われる友人ですら真水が冷たいのに、入居の古い高齢者は本当に堪えるだろうと思います。
正月休みにこの辺りを友人と歩いていると、高齢者の多さに驚かされました。
皆さん、相当我慢されているのだと思います。
それと、ここの住宅は『トイレの被せ蓋』がありません。
蓋がないと用を足して流す時、周りにばい菌が飛び散ります。
衛生面を考えるとき、如何なものでしょう。
UR都市機構においては、『システムキッチン』への切り替えと、『トイレの被せ蓋』を付けてあげてほしいものです。

Four months have passed since full-scale construction of the exterior walls of UR Urban Renaissance Agency was carried out.
My friend's house hasn't had its turn yet, but when I look at the building where construction has been completed, it looks beautiful.

Also, this house doesn't have a ``toilet cover.''
If you don't have a lid, germs will be scattered around when you flush the toilet.
What do you think about when considering hygiene?
I would like UR Urban Renaissance Agency to switch to a ``system kitchen'' and add a ``cover for the toilet.''
