大企業も中小企業も人手不足という現実から『賃上げ』をせざる負えません。
大企業はまだ何とでもなるでしょうが、中小企業はこの『賃上げ』により業績を伸ばすしか生き残る道がなくなります。
『株高』もあり、日本人は裕福なのかといえば、庶民は決してそんなこともなく、毎日の生活に追われているばかりです。
岸田総理の考えは『賃上げ』したら、金回りがよくなり『支出』が増えて、たくさん納税してもらえるという考えなのかもしれません。
『賃上げ』した分、『物価高』では全然、有難くもなく、お金を使う気持ちにはなりません。
政治家は『身を切る改革』をする気もなく、国民から巻き上げた税金を好き勝手に使うんだから、たまったものではありません。
私は、『真逆』の考え方をずっとしています。
『薄給』『廉価』です。
5年、10年先を見据えた時、海外企業は『コスト』の安い国に仕事の依頼をすると考えます。
日本人の人件費が安ければ、『コスト安』というメリットから、海外企業は丁寧な仕事が期待できる日本に仕事を依頼すると考えます。
それに、仕事の依頼が増えれば、安い人件費であっても、『残業代』で稼ぐこともできます。
中小企業も無理なく経営ができます。
収入が増えれば、子供を育てる心配も解消されます。
人口が増える要因になると考えられませんか？
戦後の日本じゃありませんが、未来が明るいと思いませんか？
低コストで働いても、物価も下がるのであれば、生活水準は今と変わりません。
未来を見据えるなら、こちらの方が結果的に収入アップすると考えます。
