自民党の『裏金事件』で、東京地検特捜部が安倍派幹部(下村博文氏、松野博一氏、西村康稔氏、高木毅氏・塩谷立氏、世耕弘成氏、萩生田光一氏)の7人と、二階派会長の二階俊博氏の立件見送りとしましたね。
この結果で、国民が納得するはずはありません。
『トカゲにしっぽ切り』みたいに、全ては会計責任者と秘書に責任を押し付けて、議員が逃げ切るなんて許していいはずがありません。
国民としては、『検察審査会』に期待するしかありません。
『起訴相当』の議決を2回出せば『強制起訴』になります。
無罪放免なんかにしないでいただきたいものです。
岸田総理は、
「事務的なミスの積み重ね」
と、言われていますが、会計責任者が同じミスを何度もするとは思えません。
そんなにレベルの低い人材を、責任者として雇っているのであれば雇用主も問題です。
しょ～もない嘘は言わないでいただきたい。

この『裏金事件』により、岸田派、二階派、安倍派と解散となりましたが、『派閥解散』で幕引きにしようとしていませんか？
『論点ずらし』がバレバレです。
なぜ、事件が起きたのかを根本的なことを調べていただき、説明していただかないと納得できません。
現行の『政治資金規正法』を法改正し、会計責任者が虚偽記載した場合は議員が刑事責任を負うことにするべきです。
政治家の『パーティー』も、『企業団体献金』も禁止するべきです。
『政策活動費』も不透明すぎます。
議員に対しての『罰則強化』を国民が納得できる形にしていただきたいものです。
検察も現法律内でしか立件できないものだから、忸怩たる思いがあるはずです。
議員に対する法律は第三者委員会で法律をつくるのが一番納得できます。
自分たちを縛る法律を、自らが厳しいものにするはずもなく、抜け道をつくるのがミエミエですよね。
国会議員って、なんで国民目線でなく自己目線なのでしょう？
国民は生活苦で必死に暮らしているのに、政治家は自らの懐を肥やす事ばかりに必死になっているように見えます。
今、国民は自民党議員を甘やかし過ぎたツケを払わさせられているのかもしれませんね。
