今年ほど、社会の『膿』がたくさん出た年はなかったのではないでしょうか？
◆自動車業界：ダイハツ『認証試験不正問題』＆ビッグモーター『保険金不正請求問題』
①ダイハツ：『認証試験不正問題』
原因として、短期間の開発が会社の存在意義として根付き、過度にタイトで硬直的な開発スケジュールによって現場が極度のプレッシャーを受け、「認証試験は合格して当たり前」という環境でした。
②ビッグモーター：『保険金不正請求問題』
経営陣から、車両修理の代金、車両パーツの粗利益の平均額を上げるようにノルマが課せられた。
平均値が低い工場では、会議の場で問い詰められたり、降格させられたりするなど、厳しい処分が下された。
除草剤を散布した理由として、綺麗にしておかないと、本社から厳しく指導されると店舗側が感じていたようです。
ダイハツにしても、ビッグモーターにしても過度の『ノルマ』が招いた事件です。
『ノルマ』がなければ社員の目標設定はできませんが、厳しすぎる『ノルマ』は社員を追い詰めてしまします。
程よい加減の『ノルマ』が今後、企業には求められるのでしょうが難しいですね。
◆政界：『裏金問題』
神戸学院大学：上脇博之教授が長年の自民党政治の裏側を刑事告発してくれました。
政治資金パーティー収入の不記載問題は、「組織的な手口であり氷山の一角だ」と訴えています。
教授が見つけてくれなければ、この問題は現在進行形で続いていると思うと怒りが止まりません。
国民には痛みを押しつけて、自分たちは姑息な行為をしている。
本当に、安倍派、二階派、岸田派だけの問題でしょうか？
民間企業では領収書提出が当たり前なのに対して、国会議員は特別扱いされるのは納得できません。
国会議員に都合のいい法律しか作らないのであれば、第三者委員会で監視の目を作るべきと考えます。
このような問題が発覚しても利権の絡む企業は自民党を支持し続けるのでしょうね。
自民党の重鎮たちは、「岸田総理では次期選挙は戦えない」として顔を変えたいようですが、長年続いた問題解決をする気がないようです。
情けない。
◆芸能界：ジャニー喜多川氏による『少年レイプ問題』
カウアン・オカモト氏がガーシー氏に相談することによって明るみになった、『ジャニー喜多川問題』。
長年黙殺されてきた『芸能界の闇』をやっと、メディアが取り上げました。
イギリスのBBCが取り上げてくれなければ、今でも闇の中でした。
世界的な犯罪を、日本の芸能界が放置していたことは許されることではありません。
旧ジャニーズ事務所は、被害者補償を被害者目線でして、黙認してきたメディアは今後、同じ過ちを繰り返さないでほしいものです。
上記にあげた問題で、ビッグモーター：『保険金不正請求問題』以外は30年以上放置されてきました。
根が深い問題なので、解決するのに時間がかかりそうです。
しかし、国民からしたら、少しでも『膿』が出たことは喜ぶべきでしょうね。
