『マイナンバーカード』におけるトラブルが後を絶ちませんね。
河野太郎デジタル相は、
「カードの返納についてさまざまな報道があり、勘違いされている人も多いようだ」
「マイナンバーと各種情報のひも付けは日本国民全員に対して既に行われており、カードを持っているかどうかは全く無関係」
「情報のひも付けに誤りがあった場合、カードを返納して誤りが解消するわけではない」
と発言しています。
国民からしたら、
「そんなことは理解しています」
「政府を信用できないから『返納運動』という形で意思表示しているんです」
ということではないでしょうか。
河野太郎デジタル相は、マイナンバーカードの『総点検』を自治体に指示しました。
この仕事でどれだけ税金が使われるのでしょうか？
最初から、普通の仕事をこなしてくれていたら、使われなくてよかった税金です。
普通の仕事とは、ミスなく確認事項を怠らないことです。
それを怠った、自治体の責任ではありませんか？
それを、『総点検』にかかる予算を国に出せとおっしゃる。
民間企業であれば、『倒産』してもおかしくない事案です。
なぜ、行政は優秀な人間が試験に合格して公務員になっているはずなのに、民間企業と同じように仕事をしても『責任感』が『欠落』しているとしか思えない。
やはり、自社に損害が出ないという『安心感』から『油断』が生じてしまう。
そこが公務員と民間企業の『差』なのでしょう。
『緊張感』をもって業務にあたってほしいものです。
マイナンバーカードなんて『廃止』しちゃえばいいのに。
